    We were very impressed when we visited the Outlet after searching for a car with no success for a few weeks. It was a welcome relief to walk into this place. Good professional atmosphere and clean presentation. We found the company via Auto Trader. I initially spoke with Ian on the phone and was very encouraged they might have a car within our relatively small budget and they did. To make things even more reassuring Ian explained about the Mot and service policy with 12 months AA breakdown cover and 12 months warranty. It had been 3 months with all the others and one company, none at all. This made it feel like a safer choice to buy from. We dealt with lovely Aimee mostly after that. We bought our new used car last Friday. We encountered a small issue on the day we picked it up but they got us booked into a local garage straightaway and paid for it to be sorted out while we waited. Jobs a good one. Over the weekend we have used it for two hours on the motorway and locally around town and everything is running well. Based on my experience i would highly recommend them.

    Over priced damaged cars on lot

    Poor. No one around and the actual car (2013 bmw 1 series was over priced and damaged) Car billed as pristine in website was actually damaged. Big sticker on windscreen saying it had been prepped through workshop and body shop. If so their standards are quite poor then.On a quick look around If ound the Front passenger tyre at legal limit with poor tracking (outer edge badly worn). Damage to Front bumper. Rear passenger quarter damaged to the point the paint is cracked and the metal underneath is rusting.No one came out to discuss from the portal cabin. At 6.5k this car with the hidden issues is silly money.
